_{Effective February 1, 2025, any student who fails to attend (no show) three or more scheduled appointments without 24-hr prior notice will be suspended from reserving any other appointment openings for a period of 30 days.} 

_{This policy is implemented to encourage professionalism and accountability among pre-professional students regarding their commitments and responsibilities. We understand that unforeseen circumstances can happen, and exceptions may be made on a case-by-case basis.
